Because Microsoft had announced the decommissioning of one of the key information syncing services that we are currently using, we have to upgrade to the latest compatible version in order to keep our service running normally.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Account and Access (NCPA NetID login, NCPA NetID manage service), Helpdesk System (IT helpdesk), Student Information System (SIS) (Powerschool), WiFi and Network (Campus Network, Telecommuting (Offsite) and Remote Access), Web, Data and Server (NCPA internal printing and app store), and IT infrastructure (Node Endpoints).
